Sandie Mariotti has been an employee at American Land Title Agency, Inc. since it opened in October 1993.  She has been working in the title field since 1978.  Sandie received her training as a paralegal at the Ohio Paralegal Institute in Cleveland.  As office manager, she deals with escrow and closings.  Sandie and her husband Nicholas are lifetime residents of Niles, Ohio.  They have three children and six grandchildren.
Paul Drotar has been working at American Land Title Agency, Inc. for twelve years.  He was a graduate of Niles McKinely High School in 1971.  After high school, Paul worked in real estate for nine years.  He also was a loan originator for the Tumbull/Mahoning County areas for one year.  Paul is an escrow officer at American Land Title and deals with escrow and closings.  He has lived in Niles his entire life.  Paul has three children and four grandchildren.
Vicki Williams has been working at American Land Title Agency for thirteen years.  She received her training in the real estate field at ETI Technical College in Ohio.  As a certified Notary Public, Vicki is authorized by the State of Ohio to administer oaths and to attest to the authenticity of signatures on legal documents.  Her duties at the office include signing and authenticating all of American Land Title's legal documents.   
Donalyn Ryan has been an employee at American Land Title Agency, Inc. for six years.  She works as a processor and account representative.  She attended Youngstown State University and Kent State University to obtain her real estate license.  Before working at American Land Title, Donalyn was Assistant Title Abstractor in Trumbull County and was a Realtor®.  She lives in McDonald, Ohio and has one child and one grandchild.
Gina has been with American Land Title for almost five years.  She types and prepares deeds and title commitments, and downloads and prints closing documents from e-mail.  Gina has an Associates Degree from Trumbull Business College in Secretarial and Administrative work and has a Certificate of Completion from Hondros Career Center in Real Estate.
Sherry has enjoyed being an employee of American Land Title Agency for seven years.  Duties involve recording all documents in Trumbull and Mahoning Counties.  On occassion she travels to Columbiana and Portage Counties as well.  Preparation of Tax and Legals for various realtors and deliveries to bank, mortgage companies, and Realtors can be a part of her working day.  An all around Go-fer, she makes an occassional run for lunch.  Sherry and husband Jim are life-long Trumbull County Residents and have been married 47 years.  They have five children and four grandsons.
Joanne has been an employee of American Land Title Agency for eight years.  As a Clerk, her jobs involve pay-offs, bank reconcilliations, audtiting of all recorded deals, and filing documents.  Before working at American Land Title, Jo worked for the City of Niles as Chief Bookkeeper for 13 years.  She graduated from high school and business school and attended Indiana State Teacher's College for one year.  Joanne resides in Howland and has two children, three grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.

Kate is an 19 year-old 2006 graduate of Howland High School.  She graduated 7th in her class with a 3.945 GPA Tri-Alpha with high honors.  Kate works at American Land Title Agency between breaks from her freshman year of college at The Ohio State University.  Kate is majoring in Microbiology and double minoring in Molecular Genetics and Dance.  She is the recipient of the Trustee Scholarship and is part of The Biological Science Scholars Program.
