Sandie Mariotti
Sandie Mariotti has been an employee at American Land Title Agency, Inc. since it opened in October 1993. She has been working in the title field since 1978. Sandie received her training as a paralegal at the Ohio Paralegal Institute in Cleveland. As office manager, she deals with escrow and closings.

Attorney Theodore W. Oltmann
Attorney Theo Oltmann is the senior escrow officer who handles closings and also acts as legal council to American Land Title Agency. He began with us in 2020.

Gina Albanese
Gina has been with us since 2001. Gina is in charge of preparing the final Title Insurance Policies and disbursing the funds. Gina has an Associate Degree from Trumbull Business College in Secretarial and Administrative with and has a Certificate of completion from Hondros Career Center in Real Estate.

Sherry Mills
Sherry has been with American Land Title Agency 25 years. Her duties include recording all documents in the counties we serve. She also prepares Tax and Legals for various realtors and makes deliveries to realtors and mortgage companies. Sherry has five children, four grandsons, a set of twin great-granddaughters, and one great-grandson.

Amy is a secretary and associate escrow officer. She has been with American Land Title Agency since 2019.

Elaine Morgan
Elaine is an office assistant / receptionist who prepares deeds and other documents that are a part of the buying and selling process. She is a graduate of YSU with both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. She has been with American Land Title Agency since 2020.
